Check-In is allowed from 15:00 to 21:00
After reservation you will receive an email with a link to a form through which you can communicate to us all useful information regarding your stay including arrival hour.
Check-In out of base hour is allowed only upon our confirmation by write, following your request, based on apartment availability.
Early Check-In : if available service has no charge;
Late Check-In : if available service has a surcharge of 5€ for each hour after 21.00 to be paid at check-in;
EVERY GUEST SHALL HAVE A VALID ID
With reference to italian law art.109 of T.U.L.P.S. (Testo Unico Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza) you shall provide at Check-In a valid ID with photo for any guest (underage too).
Guests without a valid ID cannot be allowed to check-in and enter in the apartment.
Residence permit is not a valid ID authorized by Italian government.
Check-Out shall be done within 11.00 am

For stays longer than seven (7) days a single weekly change is grant.
Upon request is possible change bedsheets, towels, bathrobe as follow:
Full linen change (bedheets, towels, bathrobe) € 30,00
Bath linen change (towels, bathrobe) € 12,00
Left Luggage service is available at:
Bergamo Downtown right in front of the train station, in the Urban Center building, there is a left luggage service. There you can leave your luggage and claim it 24/7. The service is automatic. The daily cost for a large bag is 4 euro and the daily cost for a small bag is 3 euro.

Opening time during winter : 9:30 – 17:00;
Opening time during summer 8:30 – 19:00;
In case you want to leave your luggages in the apartment a Late Check-In upon availability is required. Service has a cost of 5€ per hour.
Apartment are located in restricted traffic area (ZTL) so in case you come by car you shall communicate plate number.

Città Alta ZTL:
Friday/Saturday active from 23.00 to 01.00am
Holidays active from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00
